Job Summary
The Director of Marketing will oversee all of CURATED’s brand, content, and merchandising efforts, leading a team responsible for events, social media, video production, partnerships, and product development. This role is accountable for growing audiences, elevating the brand experience, and ensuring marketing performance across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a senior brand leader with exceptional taste, deep automotive passion, and proven experience building and managing high-performing creative teams. They will provide vision, direction, and strategic feedback while ensuring execution meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team across events, content, social media, production, and merchandising.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews to align goals, provide feedback, and develop team strengths.
- Build a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Brand & Content Strategy
- Define and oversee CURATED’s brand strategy, ensuring it is reflected consistently across all marketing initiatives.
- Translate brand vision into actionable strategies for content, partnerships, events, and merchandising.
- Provide strategic direction and final approval on creative briefs, edits, and publishing decisions.
Partnerships & Influencers
- Develop and manage high-level partnerships with influencers, creators, and luxury/automotive brands.
- Oversee activations and campaigns that extend CURATED’s reach and reinforce brand positioning.
Events & Experiences
- Direct flagship productions and activations, including documentaries, rallies, and international showcases.
- Ensure all events embody CURATED’s premium brand standards and deliver measurable impact.
Merchandising Oversight
- Lead merchandising strategy, including product development, content, and promotional efforts.
- Ensure merchandise reflects CURATED’s luxury positioning and contributes to overall brand value.
Analytics & Reporting
- Produce regular reports on brand, content, and channel performance for leadership.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve execution across marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure marketing supports inventory, commercial goals, and events.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
