Job Summary
CURATED is seeking a motivated, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our Operations team in Miami.
This is an entry-level, hands-on position supporting the daily care, preparation, movement, and management of CURATED's vehicle inventory. Washing, detailing, and maintaining vehicles will be a primary function of this role, along with supporting vehicle movements, inventory management, showroom and storage organization, vehicle arrivals and departures, and general facility operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the level of care required when working around rare and significant automobiles. Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Washing, Detailing & Care
- Wash and detail vehicles to CURATED's presentation standards using approved products and proper techniques for vintage, modern-classic, and exotic vehicles.
- Perform exterior hand washes, wheel and tire cleaning, drying, interior cleaning, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and general vehicle preparation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles throughout the showroom and storage facilities.
- Prepare vehicles for client deliveries, photography, events, transportation, inspections, and showroom display.
- Inspect vehicles before and after washing or detailing and immediately report any cosmetic or mechanical concerns.
- Use extreme care when washing, entering, moving, or working around rare and high-value automobiles.
- Maintain battery tenders, vehicle covers, tire pressures, and other basic vehicle-care requirements.
- Keep detailing equipment, towels, chemicals, supplies, and work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Monitor detailing supplies and communicate when products or equipment need to be reordered.
Vehicle & Inventory Operations
- Assist with the safe movement, organization, and positioning of vehicles throughout CURATED's showroom, storage, service, studio, and operational areas.

- Help receive incoming vehicles and ensure keys, accessories, books, tools, covers, and other accompanying items are properly accounted for.
- Assist with regular inventory checks and ensure vehicles are in their appropriate locations.
- Help safely shuffle inventory when reorganizing showroom, storage, or service areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required.
- Help prepare vehicles for transport and confirm they are ready prior to pickup.

Showroom, Storage & Facility Operations
- Assist with daily walkthroughs of the showroom, storage, studio, and other operational areas.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of vehicle areas.
- Ensure vehicles are properly positioned, covered, connected to battery tenders, and presented according to CURATED standards.
- Assist with receiving packages, parts, vehicle accessories, and other deliveries.
- Keep vehicle-care, storage, and operational equipment organized and properly stored.
- Assist with general facility organization and upkeep.
- Support vehicle and facility preparation for CURATED events, client visits, photography, and special projects.
Operational Support
- Work closely with the Operations team to complete daily vehicle and facility priorities.
- Assist with coordinating vehicle movements with technicians, sales staff, transporters, detailers, and other team members.
- Support transportation pickups and deliveries by helping prepare and stage vehicles.
- Assist with miscellaneous operational projects as needed.
- Communicate clearly when assigned tasks are completed, delayed, or require additional attention.
- Identify issues proactively and bring them to the attention of the appropriate team member.
- Be willing to step in wherever needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with Operations leadership and other departments to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Learn CURATED's processes for vehicle care, intake, inventory management, transportation, storage, and delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and progressively manage tasks independently.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent CURATED appropriately when interacting with clients, vendors, transporters, and partners.
- Uphold CURATED's standards of care, organization, presentation, and attention to detail in every task.
Qualifications

- Willingness to learn proper techniques for caring for vintage, exotic, and collector automobiles.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in South Florida conditions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with washing, detailing, moving, and preparing vehicles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable safely driving and maneuvering a variety of vehicles.
- Experience driving manual-transmission vehicles is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow established processes and instructions while also taking initiative when appropriate.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Automotive knowledge and enthusiasm are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in detailing, automotive, logistics, hospitality, or operations is a plus but not required.
