Extensively documented from new, this 500 SEC 6.0 had long-term ownership from its initial purchase.
The original owner sent the car back to a licensed AMG franchise whenever new updates were available. The car received an engine upgrade, enlarged to 6.0 liters, while still retaining the single overhead cam heads.
Other AMG upgrades the car received over time included the rare 4-piston heavy-duty calipers, AMG exhaust, AMG gauges, interior wood kit, and body kit. Along with the 6.0 engine, the previous owner updated the wheels to the desirable AMG OZ multi-piece wheels.
The car also underwent a color change to complete the transformation. Being a European car, it was fitted with orthopedic seats and a preheater.
