An engine-out service was completed in December 2023 at 38,844 kilometers by Auto Kremer in Horsching, Austria. The service, totaling 9,320.30 Euro, is fully documented with corresponding records, ensuring the car remains in top mechanical condition.

The 25th Anniversary edition introduced several aerodynamic and cooling updates under the guidance of Horacio Pagani, setting it apart from earlier Countach models and improving drivability.
