1994 Lamborghini Diablo VT

During the 1995 IndyCar season, paint supplier PPG sponsored a series of pace cars, including this one-of-a-kind Lamborghini Diablo VT.
Built at Sant’Agata as a factory Jota, it is the only all-wheel-drive Diablo VT ever equipped with the Jota performance package. The Jota kit, originally developed for FIA GT racing, included high-flow intake ducts, a modified exhaust, and ECU upgrades, raising output to over 600 hp.
In addition to its Jota specification, the PPG Diablo was fitted from new with a leather-wrapped roll cage and integrated safety lights for its pace car role.
Recently certified by Polo Storico and prepared in Italy for display, this unique Diablo represents an important chapter in Lamborghini’s history. Now, it returns home to Miami.
