The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 S Roadster represents the most focused open-top variant of the SLR lineup. Introduced in 2009, the 722 S Roadster paid tribute to Stirling Moss’s 1955 Mille Miglia victory, car number 722.

Only 150 units were built worldwide, with just 24 allocated to North America. This example is believed to be the only one finished in black.

The 722 S Roadster features performance upgrades over the standard SLR, including a lowered suspension, larger carbon-ceramic brakes, and a carbon-fiber front splitter. Special lightweight 19-inch wheels further distinguish the model. Under the hood, the supercharged 5.5-liter V8 produces 641 horsepower, propelling the car from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 209 mph.
