Chassis 91464 is a European specification Ferrari F40, delivered new on December 18 1991 through Graber Automobile AG in Wichtrach Switzerland. Built in celebration of Ferrari’s 40th anniversary, this example came from the factory with catalytic converters and a non adjustable suspension, as fitted to later production cars.

The first owner was Dr Daniel Schick, a Brazilian resident who kept the car in Switzerland and Germany for personal use and for his son who lived in Germany at the time. It later passed to Mr Goldschagg in Switzerland, and then to a new owner in Munich who registered the car under German plates M WW 8833.

Under this ownership, the F40 received several key performance upgrades to address the limitations of the factory setup. The braking system was replaced with larger Brembo units, the front suspension was upgraded with race type components, and the pedal box was slightly revised for better modulation. The front wheels were offset to accommodate the larger brakes. These modifications are consistent with the preferences of many European F40 owners who drove their cars and required better high speed stability and reduced brake fade under sustained use.

The car returned to Italy around 2007, receiving a 30000 kilometer service from Michelotto Giuliano & Co in Padova with 26761 kilometers showing. Today it shows just 33000 kilometers.

This F40 combines documented mechanical upgrades with consistent use and careful maintenance. A late production example with known history and subtle enhancements aimed at improving real world performance.
