This unique factory W09 RUF was first unveiled at the 2003 Essen Auto Show and originally built for none other than the brand’s namesake founder, Alois Ruf Jr. Finished in the striking Azzurro Lipari, this example represents the pinnacle of early-2000s Porsche tuning.

The RTurbo was RUF’s ultimate evolution of the 996 platform—offering multiple performance stages up to 590 hp, with a top speed well beyond 220 mph. In period, it was considered the fastest, most refined Turbo-based RUF ever produced. This very car was famously featured in Excellence magazine (October 2004) under the headline: “RUF’s Fastest Turbo Ever! 221+ mph and 590 hp.”

Complete with RUF Zertifikat, extensive documentation, and exceptional service history, this piece of RUF and Porsche history is available now
